Our entry offer, "Your first automation", is a fixed price of USD 1,500 for one workflow or one AI agent, connected to two or three of your tools and delivered in two weeks. For 30 days after delivery, we fix anything that does not work as agreed in the written scope, for free. Those 30 days do not cover new features, scope changes, or changes made by outside tools or AI providers. The price does not include a second workflow or agent, more than three integrations, or the running costs, such as AI model usage and tool subscriptions, which each provider bills you directly. Bigger builds get a fixed price after the free discovery call, with the scope agreed in writing before any work starts. Once it is running, you can add "Monthly care" from USD 500 a month, month to month: we monitor the automation, fix it when a connected tool or API changes, and make small improvements.
"Your first automation" (one workflow or one AI agent, connected to two or three of your tools, for USD 1,500) is delivered in two weeks. The two weeks start on the day you approve the written workflow design and we have access to the tools it connects to, so the design step is not counted. If we are waiting on you for a login or an answer during the build, the two weeks pause until we have it. A bigger build gets its timeline in the fixed-scope proposal after the free discovery call, so you know when it ships before any work starts.
You do, straight to each provider. AI model usage, any tool subscriptions, hosting, and messaging fees such as WhatsApp are not in our price. Each provider bills them directly, on accounts in your company's name. We set those accounts up with you and add no margin. Before we build, you get a written estimate of the monthly running cost at your volume. Testing during the build works the same way: the build runs on your accounts from the first day, so each provider bills that usage to you too. Where a provider has a free test mode, we use it. We set spending limits and usage alerts on each account that allows them. The estimate shows testing as its own line.
You do. The code, the workflows, and the accounts are in your company's name, including the AI and tool accounts the providers bill.
No, and we usually advise against it. We build on top of the CRM, helpdesk, spreadsheets, and accounting software you already use. Replacing working tools adds risk and cost without adding value.
It escalates instead of guessing. We define the boundaries up front — what it may answer, what it may do, and where it hands over to a person with the full context attached. For anything customer-facing or financial we recommend draft-and-approve until the output has earned trust.
Those tools are excellent for simple, linear connections and we will tell you when they are the right answer. Custom is worth it when the process branches, needs judgement, handles sensitive data, or has to stay reliable at volume — the point where no-code flows usually start breaking.
The agents we build work in English and Spanish, and we work with businesses across the USA and Latin America. WhatsApp is a first-class channel, not an afterthought. The discovery call itself is in English.
It stays in your systems. We use business-tier AI APIs with training disabled, keep the data flow explicit so you know exactly what leaves your environment, and apply the practices our founder uses on production payment infrastructure.
